Blake Niccum is an MD candidate and The University of Virginia School of Medicine. His research focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship in medical education. Niccum was recognized as a University of Virginia Medical School’s C. Richard Bowman Scholar, an award dedicated to medical students who, at the end of their third year of medical school, has excelled in the clinical portion of the medical curriculum and exemplifies integrity, enthusiasm, and compassion.
