Dr. Graham T. McMahon

THE ACCREDITATION COUNCIL FOR CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION (ACCME)

Dr. Graham T. McMahon, MD, MMSc, is the President and CEO of The Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). Dr. McMahon serves as Associate Dean for Continuing Education and Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, teaching at both Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He also serves as Editor for Medical Education at the New England Journal of Medicine. Dr. McMahon is board certified in internal medicine; and endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism. He earned his doctoral degree in medical education from the National University of Ireland, he MD from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, and Master of Medical Science in Clinical Research from Harvard Medical School.
